Conejo restoration is knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and I highly recommend them. I used them for water damage caused by a hot water tank leak. Scott was at our house the same day we noticed the water leak, just shortly after the plumber removed the tank. By the end of the day, all the wet dry wall and any other wet items were removed and he started the drying process. After the area was dry, the crew replaced the drywall etc. and the job was done. Scott made it easy to deal with a nuisance water leak. Thank you Scott

We recently had a slab leak and Scott and the crew were on it!! We had a leak detection company out pronto and a plumber there quickly to replace the affected pipes. The team then put our house back together. They retiled the area in the kitchen, fixed the dry wall, painted and put the baseboards back, after painting those too!! I love working with Conejo Restoration. I love dealing with Alyssa in the office and Scott is an absolute pleasure to deal with. In fact, I am trying to think of other house projects for them just to have them back out. That says a lot!!! Would not hesitate to hire them again.
